Recovering these funds requires a formal Petition for Distribution. JJC Recovery group manages this entire cycle. We assume all financial risk, covering 100% of the investigative,administrative, and filing costs upfront.

Step 3: Successful Distribution

Once the holding agency approves the petition, the court orders the release of capital. We coordinate the disbursement through professional legal channels to ensure the funds are securely and accurately distributed to your entity. Our services are provided on a contingency basis, meaning we are only compensated once the recovery is successful and finalized. If there is no recovery, there is no cost to you.
